We are a multi faceted boarding, training and sales facility looking for a self motivated individual to help run our facility. We are based in Wellington, FL in the winter and travel to shows in the north east during the summer. You would be responsible for managing staff, making feed, and keeping the farm running smoothly. Applicant must be able to schedule and manage, farrier, vets, and any other appointments need to maintain horses’ and barn’s needs. Applicant must be able to inventory and keep barn stocked with hay, straw, feed, medications and all other supplies needed for barn to run smoothly. We would like an applicant who can drive a truck and trailer, so some grooming when needed and flat riding when needed. Current valid drivers license is required. Must be able to act and operate in a professional and courteous manner at all times. No housing available in Wellington at this time. Housing on the road in the summer is provided. We are looking to add new team members starting in October or November of 2024 but are starting the interview process now.
