I am a 20 year USEF/USHJA professional with a long resume of training riders and horses from the most beginner local level to showing at the biggest A shows and taking clients to Florida and qualifying for indoors. I’ve done everything from breaking untouched 10 year old horses for pleasure to training winners of state medal finals and ribbon winners at USEF pony finals and Indoors. Currently located in the research triangle (Raleigh) of North Carolina but willing to relocate for the right fit.
I am looking for home groom position. Closer to Hamburg area, the better. I can clip, plait, bandage, treat wounds etc. Willing to go shows too. I am a teamplayer, but can work solo too. Horses health is my main priority. I am looking for long time solution. Can lounge and i would be interested to get to ride some flatwork/hacking (not necessary, just wanting i could further my skills) I would need a live in-position and would be greatful if i can take my two wellbaved cats with me :)

I am confident around horses and have been developing essential skills through volunteering at a livery yard and with a rescue. I was a working student all throughout my junior years, allowing me to ride multiple horses/ponies a day while teaching me how to care for and handle horses. I worked during summers as a camp counselor teaching group beginner lessons to kids between the ages of 4-13. I also groomed year round at both local and A/AA rated shows, caring for roughly 3-5 horses (both hunters and jumpers).
Grooming for hunter/jumpers at horse shows and at home, caring for and rehabilitating OTTBs, lunging, bandaging, wrapping, dealing with minor cuts and thrush, administering oral medication, braiding manes for training, mucking stalls, turnout, feeding and watering, working summer camp with kids between the ages of 4-13, teaching beginner lessons up to 2ft, teaching young riders basic horse care, leading trail rides and driving a miniature horse carriage.
IEA throughout high school, hunters up and through 2'6", equitation up and through 2'6", jumpers up and through 3'6".
I started showing with a four year old OTTB in the Pre-Childrens Hunters/Equitation. I showed IEA through my high school years and ended my junior years showing a nine year old OTTB in the Low/High Childrens Jumpers. I also schooled ponies and horses for competition for other riders.
