I am a keen aspiring groom who has been working with horses on a voluntary basis, and am now looking for a full or part-time opportunity to progress my career and gain more experience. I am confident around horses and have been developing essential skills through volunteering at a livery yard and with a rescue. Ideally, I would be looking for a role in the Basingstoke area while I'm learning to drive, but happy to consider a live-in position in the wider Hampshire region or further afield.
My name is Daisie, I am 18 years old and have owned horses for the past 5 years. I have previously worked on an international showjumping yard and am keen to pursue my next job. I am open to any discipline and able to adapt to every yards standards and needs.
currently working in RDA but wanting to break into the eventing industry. hard working, empathetic and handy with a tool.pretty brave rider always wanting to progress as far as possible, can be flexible with hours/days working.
Years of extensive training in hunters and jumpers. Great at developing personable yet professional relationships with clients. Developing individual teaching and training lessons for both students and horses. Extreme passion and dedication to the sport.
I am an asst. trainer at an eventing barn in Costa Mesa. Main duties include but not limited to: Teaching h/j, some dressage & XC, scheduling, schooling, blanketing, feeding, TO, tacking up, horse health, sales, and setting courses.
I started riding at the age of 5 with Ginny Spooner, Richard Spooners mother, at her barn in Huntington Beach, CA. From ponies to 1.25m jumpers (1.30+ at home) I have trained with Tracy Bear, Scott McFall, Brent Balinsky, Tiffany Knight, George and Gail Myer, and Brian and Lisa Sabo. I completed Pony Club Certified training thru Brain and LIsa Sabo whom are my current employers.
Jumpers/hunters/eq, schooling, teaching all ages/levels, young/green horses, rehabilitation from lay up, & pairing riders to appropriate mounts. I take a classic yet individual approach with teaching riders everything from ground work to showing. I'm diligent on horse and equipment care as well as maintaining the barn. I expect my students to take great care of their horses, tack, and environment. I want my students to work hard but remember to have fun, be fearless, and to challenge themselves.
Jumpers, hunters, equatation, some dressage. As well as working as a trail guide in Costa Rica and Aruba for three summers. Breaking in OTTBs and young imported horses.
Competed in hunters and equation from ages 6 to 16. Started competing in jumpers at the age of 13. At 15 jumpers became my main focus of training/showing. I have been in and out of the show circuit for a few years due to financial and medical set backs.
