I am a 20 year USEF/USHJA professional with a long resume of training riders and horses from the most beginner local level to showing at the biggest A shows and taking clients to Florida and qualifying for indoors. I’ve done everything from breaking untouched 10 year old horses for pleasure to training winners of state medal finals and ribbon winners at USEF pony finals and Indoors. Currently located in the research triangle (Raleigh) of North Carolina but willing to relocate for the right fit.
I am looking for home groom position. Closer to Hamburg area, the better. I can clip, plait, bandage, treat wounds etc. Willing to go shows too. I am a teamplayer, but can work solo too. Horses health is my main priority. I am looking for long time solution. Can lounge and i would be interested to get to ride some flatwork/hacking (not necessary, just wanting i could further my skills) I would need a live in-position and would be greatful if i can take my two wellbaved cats with me :)
I am a keen aspiring groom who has been working with horses on a voluntary basis, and am now looking for a full or part-time opportunity to progress my career and gain more experience. I am confident around horses and have been developing essential skills through volunteering at a livery yard and with a rescue. Ideally, I would be looking for a role in the Basingstoke area while I'm learning to drive, but happy to consider a live-in position in the wider Hampshire region or further afield.

I have owned multiple horsefrom a young age (6 years) on our family farm. I was the sole caretaker of these horses including feeding, grooming, barn and tack maintenance, cleaning stalls and paddocks, exercising, administering basic veterinary care etc. I also workes as a farm hand on the Kelly Beef Farm in Auckland, NZ. Here I performed similar barn-hand duties and also exercised hunter/jumpers of varying training levels both in the arena and out. I was employed on the Henriksen Family Ranch in Rapid City, SD. I cared for and exercised 3 horses including lunging and starting of one greenbroke horse. We used these horses to work cattle and trail ride. I have experience operating a tractor and skid steer to move round bales, repairing fencing, and mucking stalls.
I have participated in dressage competitions up to training level 2. I have experience jumping small to medium fences and courses. I have experience exercising horses of various training levels. I also have extensive experience trail riding in various terrains. I also have experience riding western and have been on several small cattle drives moving 10-20 head.
