I began breaking and training horses under my grandfather when I was 11. Growing up in a military family, it was impossible to have my own horse. So, in Cottondale, FL I worked as a stable hand and camp mentor for several years at Willow Bend South. In Anchorage, AK I also worked as a stable hand, camp mentor and had volunteered as a beginning instructor, for a few years. I was also working on my CHA Certification (I moved before I could complete all levels). In Hampton, VA I was strictly a hunter jumper student, as well as assisted with the therapeutic riding program at Equi Kids. As an adult, Texas offered me the amazing opportunity to work with Benjamin Pfabe and LTR as a stable hand. I then accepted a promotion with Arcadia Stables as the barn manager, expanding my skills on the operation level. After I then transferred to Legacy Arabians as their assistant trainer.

I began breaking and training horses when I was 11, riding in multiple disciplines including dressage, hunter jumper, reining, trail, and equitation. I continued to show Arabians, AQH, and Warmbloods in Dressage for several years while growing up in the military household. As an adult, I’ve returned to the western discipline and have started team roping.
Showed schooling shows in dressage from 2005-2011. 8 blue, 6 red, 9 yellow, 2 grey, and 1 pink. Also two reserve grand champion ribbons in 2008.
