Currently located in the research triangle (Raleigh) of North Carolina but willing to relocate for the right fit.
Eager rider and former horse owner looking for work in the Southeast Florida area/ West Palm. I have been around horses my entire childhood and am looking to gain experience in the equine industry now that I am older. I am a quick learner, easily able to adapt, and have a natural passion for horses.
I am looking for home groom position. Closer to Hamburg area, the better. I can clip, plait, bandage, treat wounds etc. Willing to go shows too. I am a teamplayer, but can work solo too. Horses health is my main priority. I am looking for long time solution. I am confident around horses and have been developing essential skills through volunteering at a livery yard and with a rescue. Ideally, I would be looking for a role in the Basingstoke area while I'm learning to drive, but happy to consider a live-in position in the wider Hampshire region or further afield.
My name is Daisie, I am 18 years old and have owned horses for the past 5 years. I have previously worked on an international showjumping yard and am keen to pursue my next job. I am open to any discipline and able to adapt to every yards standards and needs.
I showed horses for the COS equestrian team. I have taken all of the equine classes offered at COS and then assisted in the classes the following years. I took the colt breaking class as well as assisted in helping in the class to start yearlings. Also I assisted in the basic and intermediate riding class.
Volunteered at Oceana Stables from age 12 to 14, feeding, exercising, bandaging and giving medication to 500+ horses. Volunteered at Happy Trails throughout high school helping teach children and adults with physical and mental special needs learn to ride horses. I worked as a herdsman at the College of The Sequoias equine unit from January 2017 to December 2018 taking care of 30+ horses, some with special needs. Also I helped with the breeding program COS has, holding stallions, collecting stallions, holding mares and babies, and ultra-sounding mares as well.
