I started learning hunter/jumper at Flower Mound Farms, there I learned about lounging, stall cleaning, and barn upkeep. I was invited to help with the Pony Camp there and teach kids about overall horsemanship. I later started working with world renowned trainer Vitor Silva at Sons of the Wind located in Massachusetts and Florida. My stay with them was 6 month months but I learned a lot such as sole charge, more horsemanship, and understanding horses and expanding my love of working with such beautiful creatures. Sons of the Wind is a Classical Dressage facility so coming in at a amateur hunter/jumper was a little difficult but with time, patience and a lot of lessons I was able to get the basics of Dressage down. Learning from Vitor was a great experience and I'm very grateful to be given the opportunity to work with them and grow in my riding.
