I am a keen aspiring groom who has been working with horses on a voluntary basis, and am now looking for a full or part-time opportunity to progress my career and gain more experience. I am confident around horses and have been developing essential skills through volunteering at a livery yard and with a rescue. Ideally, I would be looking for a role in the Basingstoke area while I'm learning to drive, but happy to consider a live-in position in the wider Hampshire region or further afield.
My name is Daisie, I am 18 years old and have owned horses for the past 5 years. I have previously worked on an international showjumping yard and am keen to pursue my next job. I am open to any discipline and able to adapt to every yards standards and needs.
currently working in RDA but wanting to break into the eventing industry. hard working, empathetic and handy with a tool.pretty brave rider always wanting to progress as far as possible, can be flexible with hours/days working.
I have 20 years of stable /equine work experience. I know my way around a barn, I work swiftly yet I am thorough.
I have been working with horses since I was 9 years old. I started riding at 9 and received 3 lessons for Christmas, my parents not knowing how in love I’d fall with riding and horses but they couldn't afford to keep up with paying for the lessons, so I made a deal with my instructor that I would clean stalls in exchange for lessons. I have been mucking stalls and working alongside horses since. I have worked at multiple horse farms as a stable Hand and have also lived at one and comanaged the property. My duties have always been the typical barn work, feed, turnouts/turn in, muck stalls, muck paddocks and pastures, unload/stack hay, clean barn, fence maintenance, and grooming.
Started off in saddle seat, then western pleasure, currently neck reining
