I am a keen aspiring groom who has been working with horses on a voluntary basis, and am now looking for a full or part-time opportunity to progress my career and gain more experience. I am confident around horses and have been developing essential skills through volunteering at a livery yard and with a rescue. Ideally, I would be looking for a role in the Basingstoke area while I'm learning to drive, but happy to consider a live-in position in the wider Hampshire region or further afield.
My name is Daisie, I am 18 years old and have owned horses for the past 5 years. I have previously worked on an international showjumping yard and am keen to pursue my next job. I am open to any discipline and able to adapt to every yards standards and needs.
currently working in RDA but wanting to break into the eventing industry. hard working, empathetic and handy with a tool.pretty brave rider always wanting to progress as far as possible, can be flexible with hours/days working.
I started riding in 2012. I began with show-jumping and soon found the sport Polo. I played polo for the following 6 years, leasing and owning a few horses then. Through that, I was able to learn extensively about caring for sports horses. After entering college, I shifted my focus to grooming and exercising horses. I have been hired by many members of the same club to work and ride their horses as well as keep them on a work schedule throughout the week. Every year I also work as a groom during the Bentley Polo Tournament in Arizona.
Flatwork and exercise riding are my strong suit. I enjoy working with horses and other riders to achieve training goals.
