Due to a change in circumstances I'm currently looking for a part time riding role, 4 mornings a week, but can be flexible. I have over 16 years experience within the industry and have produced horses from youngstock up to intermediate. I'm happy to work with all sorts, from happy hackers to fit competition horses. Quiet but firm rider, who can deal with quirks if necessary. Ideally within 30 mins of Newark but happy to travel up to an hour for the right place.
From Showjumping, to showing/eventing and foals through to stallions I have experience in all aspects of the equestrian world. I am looking for my next long term journey where I can spend my days working with the animals I love, and carry out my exceptionally high standards for the right person.

I am currently working towards a Masters in Law but am doing this part time so am able to work full time, alongside working my own horse.

I have attained a Level 2 grooms distinction while with Emma Hyslop-Webb. I have My HNC that I gained with North Highland College getting and A in my graded work. I have my pony club C+ but aiming for my B before the end of winter (this was due to working away)
Riding, lunging, hacking, playing, grooming and tacking up, competition grooming with up to 6 , horses and upto 4* , working with team vets, farrier and physio
work placement for 5 weeks with Pippa Funnel full time, including grooming at competitions and trainings, tacking horses up and turning out to a high standard. hacking 3-5* horses and grand prix show jumpers. Including basic schooling.
Worked for 14 months with 5* event rider Emma Hyslop-Webb. Daily work included - riding, schooling and basic jumping, hacking, competing a couple of her horses and my own up-to 90. 105 showjumping. Preparing for competition and turning out to a high standard. Including travelling too and grooming at events.
I have ridden 4 year old to 5* horses doing basic schooling and jumping up-to 110. I have hacked all types of horses. I am confident riding varying types of horses as long as they are not dangerous. I have competed BE90 but looking to compete 100/ novice next year on my new horse.
I have helped run and organise events with my local BE and Pony club.
I have competed up-to BE90, show jumped UA105 and done dressage up-to novice level.
I have groomed 4* level / advanced. Including grooming for 6 at BE events and Up-to 8 at showjumping events. This includes, preparing them for the ring including lunging and pre and post work routines. Working with close times. This includes washing off, icing, bandaging.
