I am a keen aspiring groom who has been working with horses on a voluntary basis, and am now looking for a full or part-time opportunity to progress my career and gain more experience. I am confident around horses and have been developing essential skills through volunteering at a livery yard and with a rescue. Ideally, I would be looking for a role in the Basingstoke area while I'm learning to drive, but happy to consider a live-in position in the wider Hampshire region or further afield.
My name is Daisie, I am 18 years old and have owned horses for the past 5 years. I have previously worked on an international showjumping yard and am keen to pursue my next job. I am open to any discipline and able to adapt to every yards standards and needs.
currently working in RDA but wanting to break into the eventing industry. hard working, empathetic and handy with a tool.pretty brave rider always wanting to progress as far as possible, can be flexible with hours/days working.
No equine qualifications, this is something I've kept purely as a hobby around my University Degrees.
I am currently a Masters Student student studying International Human Resorce Management. Ideally looking to go on and begin my PhD at the end of this year, have kept horses as a hobby as I am keen to do research on British Organisations.
My mum ran a small livery yard for several years in which I helped day-to-day with. Duties Included: Mucking out liveries stables, filling up water buckets, feeding horses, grooming and lunging. We no longer have liveries, just 3 of our own ponies who I help to look after every day.
In previous years I enjoyed showing on the local show circuit and dabbled in prelim dressage around University studies. More recently I have been taking lessons in polo on a weekly basis and this is something I've really come to enjoy.
In previous years competed in local showing and local dressage. Hope to be playing polo competitions soon.
