By the FN (Deutsche Reiterliche Vereinigung) I got the DRA 3 - bronze riding badge, where you have to master a A-Level dressage and jumping course and of course answer theory questions about a horses needs, stable management and the scale of horse training.
I'm still studying, but we already did an long internship at school, where we also had to teach some lessons. As a physical education teacher, I know lot of things about fitness and health training which could be transferred.
I spend my first years at a normal riding school where I rode different horses. Then I changed the stable and had the chance to compete with a pony that i trained myself until A-Level Dressage and Showjumping, additionally i taught children and disabled people riding lessons when the riding teacher had free. As this pony retired I accompanied some young horses to competitions who should be sold later. Incidentally I trained a lot of other horses, for example former stud mares, for their owners and cleaned the stables and so on (all things that come up when you have horses). My size allow me to ride end size ponys as well as tall horses.
My focus is building trust, basic ground and riding work, also with sensitive and powerful horses, and a varied training program. My specialty is a calm, sensitive hand with the horses and on horseback. I like natural boarding stables, paddock trails etc. most, but nevertheless I would also work on a normal stable with horseboxes.
I actually had some western lessons but we dont have lot of trainers in germany so I rode the hole life english dressage and showjumping. I would like to learn cross country, but I'm free to learn other types too. I'm learning very fast.
With lots of different horses I rode dressage and showjumping (110cm) competitions until A-Level. I qualified three times on a regional riders tour named "Schwansen-Cup". That are 4 competitions with a overall standing. All years I was placed on the first three places in style showjumping (0.9m) with a pony, but my best competitions were always time score jumping competitions.
