Looking to hire a full time groom/barn manger to start in the fall of 2026. Current groom has been with me for 4 years and will be getting married and moving out of the area in the fall. This position works closely with me and should be someone who has strong time management skills as well as a good attention to detail. The current position is Monday to Friday (9 hours a day) with the opportunity for weekend work if we attend a horse show or the desire for more hours. The role involves feed and turnout of 19 horses. Daily grooming/tacking of approximately 8-10 horses. No stall cleaning unless at a show. Tack cleaning, blanketing, bandaging, laundry, mane pulling and braiding are all ideal skills to have but I am willing to train any skills that need to be developed. The opportunity for riding depending on level of experience.

Ideal candidate has a good sense of humor, passon for horses and the desire to be a team player. The role will require the ability to travel to Ocala, Florida for three months in the winter. Housing in Pennsylvania not provided however housing in Florida is provided. The job can be tailored to the individual so don't hesitate to ask questions or pitch a scenario.
