Full time job opportunity riding and teaching, grooming and horse care, and helping with barn chores as needed, at a premium radiant heated facility with two large indoor arenas and one full sized outdoor arena. (Visit canterburystables.com). Compensation includes salary ($18.50 per hour, 55-60 hours per week, 5 1/2-6 days per week), individual housing and stall for a horse. We also offer the opportunity to continue education by auditing and often riding with visiting nationally recognized clinicians. We are looking for a person with strong people skills who likes teaching children and adults and is a team member. Applicants should be able to ride lesson ponies and horses, effectively jump a two foot course and school at second level dressage.
