Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to support the daily operations of Always Faithful Equestrian Club. This role is responsible for maintaining efficient administrative processes, including tracking daily attendance for staff, clients, and horses; managing intake and outtake procedures with proper documentation; and performing regular data entry to monitor operations. The Office Manager will handle bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and accounts payable, ensuring accurate financial records and timely vendor payments. As the primary point of contact for club members, this individual will provide excellent customer service while also coordinating vendors for farm services and supplies. The role includes supporting the Facility/Barn Manager with maintenance scheduling and property upkeep, overseeing inventory of farm supplies, and managing daily mail and correspondence. This position requires strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Previous experience in office management or a related field Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (One Drive, Word, Excel, Outlook) A passion for horses and the equestrian lifestyle is a plus
