Equi-Fit Wellness & Rehabilitation is a private boutique horse farm in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, set on 5 acres of beautifully maintained land and dedicated to premium retirement and general boarding care. Our environment is exceptionally peaceful, quiet, and structured, with a calm daily rhythm that supports both horse wellness and human well-being. The atmosphere is low-stress, organized, professional, and drama-free.

The caretaker is responsible for the complete care of 6–11 horses, including daily grooming, hoof picking, weekly bathing, clipping as needed, administering medications, applying wraps when required, and ensuring each horse’s daily comfort. This is not a high-traffic training barn; our emphasis is quality, consistency, and individualized attention.

Key Requirements:

• Must speak fluent English
• Must currently reside in the USA with NO addictions
• Valid driver’s license and Own vehicle
• Clean background check and ability to pass a drug test
• Professional References from prior employers

Horse Care Duties:

Daily feeding, turnout, stall cleaning, watering

Daily grooming and hoof picking

Weekly bathing and clipping as requested

Administering medications, applying wraps, and monitoring health

Maintaining a clean, calm, safe barn environment

Observing horses carefully and reporting changes promptly

Light Barn Maintenance Duties

Fence checks and minor repairs

Responsibilities include full daily horse and barn care, including stall cleaning, grooming, and attentive observation to ensure each horse’s comfort and well-being.

This is a structured, owner-led program with established routines and standards that are expected to be followed.

Best suited for someone who is steady, dependable, and takes quiet pride in maintaining a high standard of care.

6 days/week, approximately 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM with two breaks. Compensation based on experience. On-site living may be available. References will be checked.
