Hi, I'm Ashley. I have a small string of FEI event horses that are aimed at the top level of the sport. The reality is I can't reach my potential without someone like you helping make things happen behind the scenes. You will be appreciated, and feel like part of my family. I myself have groomed at the FEI level, and even at the Olympics. If you are willing I am happy to train you. I am looking for someone who feels most satisfied when caring for these athletes to the highest standard. Both at home and at the shows. The usual daily tasks, plus PEMFing, carrot stretches, braiding, clipping, turning out, setting fences, videoing for sponsor content, etc. Riding abilities are a bonus, though not necessary. Based in Ocala, FL Oct-April and Virginia May-Oct. Accommodations can be provided. I'm looking for someone who knows they enjoy the lifestyle that grooming in a positive environment brings. Must be at least 21years old, have experience handling and grooming horses prior, and willing to learn. 5.5 day work week plus 2 paid weeks vacation. Open to candidates who want to bring a horse and take lessons. Compensation packages can be tailored to fit the individual and their needs.
