Finca La Donaira has an opening for a full-time Rider/Instructor, we need someone with great communication and organizational skills to be an integral part of our team.

You will work in a service orientated environment, so an ability to develop a rapport and create a positive experience for customers and visitors is a must. For this position we required Intermediate Level of Riding and knowledge of Natural Horsemanship with young horses.

Some of the tasks: Take our clients on hacks and dressage lessons Daily training of horses This professional position includes typical farm work, barn chores like horse care, grooming and feeding when necessary.

We are looking for a VERY RELIABLE PERSON to work as soon as possible. Alternating weekends are required. Good with kids and adults of all ages

Requirements

In order to be considered for this position YOU MUST HAVE:

All necessary permissions to work in the EU/Spain already established. English and Spanish speaking it’s a must. Valid driver’s license. Experienced in dressage and English riding. You must be a confident rider at intermediate level with proven abilities in the Equine Industry.
Be comfortable handling and riding different ages of horses from young horses to stallions. Good physical condition and work independently. Team player attitude. Customer Service Orientation
