The vacancy needs to be filled in with a person who is well experienced with horses and is very **willing to work ** Work is not so hard because mucking out is really little and you have to take care of the daily stable routine with feeding, leading horses to paddock or walker, saddle up for riders and take care when they are finished. You will also be asked to lunge a few horses and riding (if able) nice dressage horses to exercise, The person we want in our stable must be really confident with different kind of horses she must be always calm and very easy minded, she must be nice to customers, always smiley, ready to react in emergency situation and aware of her responsibility in the yard. She must have a lot of knowledge about horses and their all round management, as well as she needs to know equine first aid. We would like she could be the eye of the boss in the stable! She should be able to turn out at high standard for competitions, and prepare everything perfect to go there. (FEI level) The wage is accorded to the skills, we are happy to pay enough for the right applicant! Start asap, long term contract. Trail period required.

She MUST be very willing to work, have big self control and balance, be very responsible and well educated, smiley.
