We are looking for a rider to support our team. The focus of the job is on training our eventing youngsters and competition horses. Depending on your riding level, participation at competitions in dressage/show jumping/eventing are possible.

Elmar Lesch’s training and competition yard is located in Bavendorf/Germany, approx. 45 minutes drive from Hamburg or Luhmühlen. It is an address well known worldwide when it comes to the training of both horse and rider for top level sport. At his yard youngsters receive a good and varied basic training according to the principals of classical riding. Sport horses that are ready to compete will be trained further according to their age and ability and presented at shows up to the highest levels.
Several riders in the last World / European Championships and Olympic Games were in Elmar Lesch's team before taking the step into self-employment.
