The Horseback Riding Specialist is the primary instructor responsible for planning and facilitating daily horseback riding activities. The Specialist is responsible for designing engaging and enriching skill-based activities for campers that include horse care, proper riding techniques, and safety skills. The Specialist must also build strong relationships with them to encourage their positive growth in this area. While the Specialist’s primary role in camp is to manage the horseback riding program, they also have daily responsibilities to their campers, cabin, and village.
