NPHS cares for over 40 horses, mini horses, donkeys, and goats that were surrendered, at risk, abused, neglected or abandoned. They have permanent home on 20 acres in south-east coast GA. We never re-home or adopt out any of our residence. We are in need of caring staff that can handle being in a high pace environment where you are making a difference in the equine world. NPHS believes that positive reinforcement training is the the best for our facility and we require all who work with the equine here come to a good understanding of it and how soapily it in all areas of grooming, leading, daily handling, and interacting with them in general. Help is needed with daily care and ground keeping. Grooming and experience with wound care, wrapping hooves, making feed with constant changes to amounts and required medications.
