Founded in 2005 as a non-profit, Shepard Meadows Equestrian Center began as a therapeutic horseback riding center. Over the past few years we have grown our programs to include horsemanship, community lessons, equine assisted learning, veterans and equine-assisted psychotherapy. We provide equine-assisted services under three umbrellas, horsemanship, learning and therapy. A PATH, Intl. premier accredited center, our mission is provide EAS to all members of our community, including those with special needs is a safe, caring and professional environment. We have 10 therapy horses, indoor and outdoor arenas and a new 15 stall barn and learning center to be completed this spring.
