You live on private farm in newly renovated sunny, clean studio apartment attached to barn on 2nd floor.

You pay discounted rate of $370 per month by working 80 hours per month @ min. wage rate. Rental is all inclusive. Greater discount available with greater work done. Not full time job! Barter work for cost of apartment. Min. wage rate can increase with meet & exceed work expectations.

Work: feed, muck, groom, ride owner's 3 ponies & 5 horses

You contribute to activities offered in English, western, ring, trail, summer camp, natural horsemanship, hunter jumper, dressage, eventing, shows, beach, fox hunt, equine yoga, special events, birthday parties, 4H Club.
