Duties of Current Occupation
Providing everyday horse maintenance including keeping green to retired horses sound, sane, and in working condition. I also provided emergency intake services and residential care to abused, neglected and abandoned children at Bowers Rodgers home
Equine Work Experience
I have achieved hands on experience working with horses and lesson programs at Deer Creek farm as a working student and catch rider, as member of the Lander equestrian team, and through my internship at the Burton therapeutic riding center. I have also gained practical knowledge in working with retraining track horses from bringing young thoroughbreds up through the rated show circuit levels from pre- green to derby level classes.
