After riding and showing actively as a junior on the local circuits and in IEA, I relocated to Florida and took a position at MG Sport Horses, a 12-stall facility specializing in the import, training, and sale of mostly showjumpers. In the three years I worked there, I moved my way up from working student to barn manager. I was afforded the opporunity to ride a variety of horses at all levels of training, and was fortunate to ride with some of the areas top trainers, including Roberto Daza, Marcelo Barros, and Chuckie Waters.
In addition to my experience at MG, I spent over two years working as trainer at a large boarding and lesson facility in Indianapolis. My job duties included riding lessons to a wide variety of clienete, schooling problem horses, coaching highschool equestrian team, and supervising barn staff.
