I have 35 years experience in handling and caring for horses. I have studied Equine health, nutrition, care and training. I have cared for 30+ horses in a facility setting.
Equine Work Experience
I have been riding and training horses since I was a little girl. I have 35 years of horsemanship experience. I grew up an an horse farm in Knoxville. I have worked with rescues my whole adult life. I have taken TLAR (Technical Large Animal Rescue) courses, Equine health and nutrition courses and attended many clinics on health and training methods. My current mare is a rescue that I started under saddle myself.

Type of Ride Work
I ride classical English style and conduct research on Medieval and Classical Spanish riding styles. I can ride western as well.
I compete with my Friesian/Percheron mare in Medieval Tournaments, Mounted Archery Working Equitation and Extreme Trail Challenges. We will soon be adding Mounted Sword Combat to this list.
