University of Kentucky Dining Services , Student Manager As a student manager, I developed training manuals, information sheets and charts for new hires, as well as trained student supervisors on how to properly use the new method. Myself along with another student manager, were responsible for 6 student supervisors, and about 25 student workers.
Navillus Dressage & Sport Horses, I have been responsible for daily horse care, socail media and advertisements, I photograph our horses and clients at outings for business use. In the beginning of the farm I assisted in the formation of boarding contracts, worming and vaccination scedules, rider releases, and other office form. I have set up and helped to maintain Quickbooks and yealry reports for tax purposes. I have help in organzing clinics, incuding collecting necessary paper work for incoming riders and horses. ***Spy Coast Farm *** I was hired into the young horse barn where we had 3-5 yr old wamblood that we started as a team. The intent was to prep them for the jumper ring. Shawhan Place, I interned at Shawhan prepping 12 Throughbred yearling for the Keenland September Yearling Sales. Shadwell Farms, I was hired for a summer internship on Shadwells Mare and foal farm, where I was responsible for 10 mare and foal sets each day.
Received USDF Bronze medal during the 2017 show season. I received my scores at all three levels during the '16 and '17 show season.
For the winter '16 season i had the privledge of traveling with a Silver Medalist and four horses to Wellington, Florida. While I was in Wellington I was able to not only take daily lessons with a Silver Medalist, but also weekly lessons with Pam Goodrich.
Showed IDA team for University of Kentucky during undergrad.
