I have an AAS in Equine Science from Morrisville State College majoring in Western Breaking and Training.
Currently I feed and turn out 35 horses. Young stock Arabian and Saddlebred aged from weanling - 15 years. I also clean stalls, ride, break and train. Drive a tractor with spreader, horse trailer bumper pull or goosneck.
I've been riding since before i could walk and i started taking huntseat and western lessons on Arabian horses when i was 5. I got my first horse when i was 8 and began showing in both disciplines. I knew i wanted to work with horses so i pursued a degree in Equine Science. After graduating from Morrisville State College in 2013 I accepted an Assistant Trainer/Barn Manager position and moved to Brooksville FL where I gave lessons, broke 2 year olds, worked with Arabian stallions, mares and foals. After spending a year and a half there i decided to move back home to NY where i started work at my current job at Sugar Hill Farm where i have been for two years. I clean stalls, feed/turnout, break young horses, work with mares and foals as well as foaling out.
