An excellent foundation both in riding and horse care. I am very experienced, dedicated, hard working, and just want to spend my days at the barn.
I'm great with people and enjoy watching them improve as well as watching the horses improve as I ride them.
I've often been contacted by people who say they are having a problem with their horse and ask me to come "fix it."
I'm not sure how experience differs from qualifications so this section seems a bit redundant.
Equine Work Experience
I have more than 40 years of riding experience in the hunter/jumper world and basic dressage training.
I have ridden with some of the top trainers since I was a junior.
Most recently I rode for Amber Mitchell (Harte) helping her ride and prep horses both in NJ and Florida.
While in Florida I taught at Eqyss - a very large, elite, facility where I tuned up the school horses and taught beginners (who had never been on a horse before) to advanced intermediates. I always got top notch reviews from my students and watched them excel when other teachers had deemed them hopeless.
I rode and taught for a couple of other trainers in NJ and worked the in gate at one of their horse shows.
I was the owner of Princeton Equine Transport from 2003 - 2014.

Type of Ride Work
hunter/jumper and basic dressage
Showed at all the A shows in the hunters and equitation as a junior.
Had one of the top First Year Green horses in the country in 1998.
Showed as an adult in the eq and hunters - always champion with that horse
Showed in the pre-greens and was circuit champion in a winter series with a youngster I brought along
Have been to almost every big A show on the East Coast with a First Year Green Horse that was one of the top horses in the country.
