Started riding and learning about horsemanship at the age of 9. Volunteered throughout high school assisting with horseback riding lessons. For college, I decided to go to Johnson and Wales to major in equine studies. After graduating high school I accepted a job as a barn assistant. Spent multiple summers working as a summer camp barn assistant. While attending Johnson and Wales I worked weekends as a barn assistant. Also was a student assistant at Johnson and Wales Equine Center.
