I am currently going to school for animal behavior, specifically equine and canine. I'm looking for a working student position to gain more experience with horses and learn more on top of what I already know.
I have been riding horses my whole life, and i started show jumping almost seven years ago. I compete in jumpers with my current horse, schooling regularly around 4' and showing regularly around 3'6". I am experienced and comfortable with young horses and stallions and i have ridden and handled very green horses. I spent 3 months in Aiken, SC working for a top eventing team where my duties included feeding, mucking, turnout, cleaning, riding and exercising, conditioning horses, riding youngsters, and much more.

I started competing with my Arabian in 2006, winning multiple titles throughout Colorado and in New Mexico. I rode her English and western, including equitation and working trail. I transitioned to hunter/jumper in 2010 and have been competing with my horse since 2011. Multiple wins throughout Colorado, including second place at a recent gamblers choice and twelfth in a mini prix at 3'9".
