I was student manager of the Cal Poly State University Equine unit. This allowed me to to gain skills in managing a team that maintain the equine unit. Some of these experiences included, scheduling the farrier, feeding over 100 head of horses, doctoring, and assisting classes such as foaling, breeding, and riding.
I have extensive background in working with the Cal Poly colt program. For over 3 years I have started colts through the Cal Poly program and have been apart of three different sales. To sell our colts we did an online pending sale, a silent auction, and a live auction. All three provided me with skills on how to market and create events to sell horses.
I have worked for multiple cutting/cowhorse trainers such as now.
I was a customer service representative/retail representative for Riding Warehouse, an online tack store.
