Managing tack and equipment, grooming, braiding, riding, etc.
Equine Work Experience
I have been riding horses for 20 years and have extensive knowledge about the equestrian industry.
For the last two years, I have been working for the internationally acclaimed equestrian performing arts show, Cavalia. I was working as a groom and my responsibilities included; warming up the horses for the artists, managing the tack and equipment, grooming, braiding, equine first aid, feeding, picking stalls, etc. At Cavalia, I was seclected to assist the equestrian director with his horses and be his exclusive groom.
Before joining Cavalia, I owned my horse that I bought as a weanling. I did most of the training for my mare myself and then eventually sold her to a Grand Prix Show Jumping trainer in the San Diego area. I worked with many different Show Jumping trainers in the Southern California area.
I have extensive knowledge about horses and would be an excellent Barn Manager or Assistant Trainer who would excel at managing a growing business. I have great people skills, management skills, and also computer/ social media skills. I could help make your business grow!
Type of Ride Work
I can do anything from basic warm up to schooling over fences.
