Equine Work Experience
I have ridden at a couple different barns over the years and helped my trainers prepare for shows. I have mostly eventing experience and training with some hunter/jumper. I have been hired by many different people to help with cleaning stalls, feeding, and general care of their horses. I spent two seasonal summers in Yellowstone managing 100 horses and maintaining guests' safety on back country rides.
Specialities
I am good at noticing details and preventing accidents before they have a chance to occur. I have a background of eventing and have been riding and working with horses my entire life. I have cleaned many a stall and am capable of doing so quickly and efficiently. Worked two seasonal summers in Yellowstone caring for 100 horses a day beside my team members.
Type of Ride Work
I enjoy hot horses. I have helped my trainer start some of her green mares and fix problems that arose with others. I have experience with flatwork, jumping, eventing, hacking, groundwork, and grooming.
