Stall cleaning , Tack cleaning & organizing, Grooming horses , Turning each horse out , sometimes two at a time . Also Saddling , and bridling , rinsing off sweat and i did give a bath once when it was needed . Making feeds for our horses , handing out flakes of hay even soaking specific hay . Making sure water’s were clean of debris and salmonella . Setting up jumps and or putting them away.

I’ve worked with Mares , Pony mare, Lustiano horse , Quarter horse mix, Danish warm blood and a thoroughbred . We boarded a lot of these horses giving them the treatment they all very much deserved . All horses will be turned out at least once a day , Mostly twice since we did have horses in quarantine and also babysitters for others . soon as we got back to the barn , let the mucking begin! . I’d usually turn a horse out , groom them, and hand them over to my teacher to work. Then Muck stalls.

Beginner , I did receive lessons almost everyday when i was in the hands of their team . Such as Horse and Human riding exercises , Bridling adjustment , Reining controls , leading , work in hand . Practice small small lunges , Learned the 2 Point position , how to move my body comfortably and safely for me and the horse .
