Ideally, I would like saddle time regardless of the position I hold. Whether that means a job that allows for some free time to ride recreationally, or riding being a part of my daily duties, lack of saddle time would be a deal breaker for me
CPR certified, conversational Spanish speaking skills, IM and IV proficient, 70 wpm typing speed.
At home: oversee staff & completion of duties. AM & PM grain prep. Weekly IV & IM med administration. Scheduling night checks & days off. Ordering supplies. At shows, above duties + making sure horses get to rings on time. Farrier & vet scheduling.
Equine Work Experience
Over a decade in professional capacity at various equestrian jobs. Barn manager, assistant manager, riding instructor, exercise rider, equitation trainer and working student. Riding and showing recreationally on hunters (up to 3') and jumpers (up to 1.05m) for over 15 years.
