Duties of Current Occupation
I have taught in the Houston Independent School District for 3 consecutive years as a 4th grade math and science teacher, with ESL certification. I currently teach in Fort Bend ISD as a 4th grade math and science teacher.
Equine Work Experience
I am a current student at Magic Moments Stable. As of 10-15-2024, I have completed 5 lessons there. I am scheduled to continue taking lessons as well. During my lessons, I practiced riding with an English and bareback saddle, and was taught to groom, tack and untack, and bathe my assigned horse. As of now, I am classified as a beginner rider. I also will begin taking lessons at Bay Area Equestrian, beginning October 26th, so that I can continue to advance and refine my skills. I am on a waiting list for three other stables as well.

I have not worked with foals or stallions.
Type of Ride Work
I have ridden the Arabian and half-Arabian horses at Magic Moments Stable - Catch and Uforia, both of which were trained mares.
