I don’t have any professional experience with horses. All of my experience comes from owning a horse and the lessons I’ve taken throughout my life

Equine Work Experience
The most experience I’ve had with horses is owning one. I’ve been riding on and off for 15 years. I never showed but I have helped out others going to horse shows. The horse I owned was on my own property but I’ve ridden at a lot of different barns throughout my experience.
Specialities
I have often volunteered at barns with cleaning and mucking. I am very meticulous with the tidiness of where I work and strive to be making sure everything is the best it can be especially in my spare time. I don’t have any specialties when it comes to horse I'm mainly used to geldings but I would love to broaden my knowledge and experience.
Type of Ride Work
I’ve ridden a few green horses. With those we mainly worked on lunging. I don’t mind riding horses that are a little spicier. I’ve worked with a couple of off the track thoroughbreds. I was learning to jump on one but my time got cut short. I used to mainly ride western but I'm making a transition to English in hopes to do cross country one day
Competition Details
I’ve helped out at a few competitions but never been a part of one myself. The most I’ve done are fun shows for western barrels and poles.
