Job experience: Animal Care Manager (April 2022-present)

• Overseeing and participating in the complete care of 30 farm animals, including donkeys
• Grooming, tacking up, and training donkeys – including leading, ground driving, and +R training
• Ensuring a clean, safe environment for all animals
• Maintaining equine health records and scheduling appointments
• Inventory and ordering of feed, hay, and supplies
• Maintaining good working relationships with the vet and farrier and working with them to develop and implement proper nutrition, healthcare, and hoof care for the animals
• Monitoring animals daily for health concerns

Groom/Farm Hand (April 2020-April 2022)

• Turnout of horses
• Grooming, tacking up, and lunging horses
• Cleaned stalls, fed horses, and performed daily farm chores
