Bio
I would love to be able to bring one or possibly two of my own horses to finish out there training. If your facility would not allow me to keep my horse(s) there, I would love to have help finding a place nearby that I could keep them at.
Qualifications

I have a lifetime of experience with equines, I have the confidence to know what I'm doing but the willingness to keep learning. I love working with horses and teaching young horses how to be great partners for the rest of there lives.

Duties of Current Occupation

I am a horsewoman and artist, with experience working with horses of all ages and genders. this includes breaking and training, mostly western. I graduated with a Bachelor's in Fine Arts in December 2018 from Mcmurry University in Abilene Texas.

Equine Work Experience

stallions, young stock, mares in foal, show stock. mostly western speed events and Miniature horses. I know how to clip, fit and show Miniature horses in halter, driving, in hand jumping and liberty as well as full-size horses in speed events. I was raised around horses in a family that owned, bred, trained, and showed Appaloosas. I was gifted my first stallion at age 18 and assisted in breaking him and trained him on my own. he was the start of my own breeding program.

Specialities

Breaking and training of young stock, stallion handling, mostly barrel racing but I have started training in reining and competitive trail. I have a gentle calm hand that is steady and confident building for young horses and soothing for high spirited horses.

Type of Ride Work

I have experience barrel racing, some jumping, reining and played with cutting and dressage. I have also broke and trained a few miniatures to a cart.

Competition Details

youth world champion barrel racer (many moons ago) I have mostly just pursued gaining experience in training and breaking horses since as well as going back to college for my Bachelor's in Fine arts.
