Equine Work Experience
Yes, I have worked in a professional equestrian environment for the summers and camps at my barn, Augusta Pines. I have been around highly performing horses and grooms for four years and have taken care of my performance horses personally.
Specialities
I have been the leader of the summer camps at my barn. I taught lessons during these summer camps and was in charge of organizing the schedules of the camp. Additionally, I am very fast at mucking out stalls and enjoy keeping the barn clean and organized.
Type of Ride Work
I have ridden multiple different types of horses: green, 7 year olds, problem horses, and well-developed horses. I have experience in hunter/jumper/equitation riding, including showing at a national level (International Derby Finals, Jumper Finals, Dover Finals, and MacClay Finals).
