i havnt worked anywhere with equestrian environments, but i have grown up around animals. such as feeding, bathing, learning how to do stalls (how the owners prefer , could always be different), giving them love, looking after them.

i’m not sure what is considered “working” , but i have rode some and looked after a few such as taking care of them while people were out of town. i keep a very tidy place and always clean star needs to be clean, and get tasks done that need to be completed in a decent amount of time, correctly.

i have riden tamed horses such as friends that own farm or a couple horses in general. suck as on vacation also, growing up as a kid, all the horses i’ve been around have been wonderful to deal with.

i wouldn’t consider myself having experience, but if someone’s horse seems skiddish of someone else that’s new , or just in general with me, i allow the horse to take its time to get comfortable.
