Equine Work Experience
I have owned horses for the last 8 years, while also being involved with them my entire life. I have been an equine veterinary technician at 2 large university teaching hospitals, as well as the hunt seat team manager for a D1 equestrian team program. I was the captain of my IHSA team. I have groomed at large venues, including HITS, Princeton, Devon, Swan Lake, and more. I have experiencing handling stallions, mares with foals, yearlings, colts, and various horse breeds.
Type of Ride Work
I am predominantly experienced in the hunter/jumper world. I competed in the Open division for my IHSA team, did the 1.10 jumpers with my personal horse, and assisted with bringing along various sale horses and OTTB's throughout high school and college.
