FOD has 2 in-house FEI Professionals that are developing elite dressage performance horses and working with select clientele to further develop their skills. Looking for someone to work with our busy rescue/ rehabilitation/ education center outside of Denver CO. You will work 20 hour a week for 6 months in exchange FREE certification classes at the Rocky Mountain School of Animal Acupressure and Massage. An accredited department of education school. Duties will include basics horse care, equine rehabilitation protocols, in hand exercises, leg wrapping, hydro-therapy, wound care, administrative and other duties.
Freelance Groom/Farm Help needed to assist with horses, yard and general assistance. If you add us onto your client list the work is regular and long term. We’re getting our bearings in this new home and need extra hands permanently. An ecological farm start up, natural horsemanship haven, natural health and shamanic therapy practice for people and animals, with teaching and classes.
Team Optimum Horses is looking for an experienced person for 3-4 dressage horses able to start as soon as possible.
Approx 34 hours a week to include Saturdays. Reasonably flexible on days. Yard hours are 7.30-12.30 and 1-5 pm so hours can be made up of a mixture of both or full days. Come and join our friendly team General Yard routine: feeding/haying/watering. Mucking out/ bedding down/sweeping. Rugging up/ turning out/ bringing in. Grooming/ bathing/tack cleaning. Other associated jobs ie building sj’s/ stable painting/hand walking. Riding is not required
We have 31 ARABIANS WITH 6 national Champions. Need experienced trainer in Hunter, Western and Hunter. We are located in the Piney Woods of East Texas. We provide a custom brick home truck, salary and commission on sales

Managed my own farm from a young age of 14 or more horses training and teaching and showing.
Managed. Local farms teaching young students foundations of riding anything from western pleasure to English equitation and everything in between . Guided trail rides through 500 acres of wooded land and managed the farm that included staff, livestock and cattle.
Completed pre-vet studies and began vet school for large animal veterinary studies.

Through college was exposed to and expected to preform a well rounded variety of disciplines. Focus is in dressage. Followed by hunter/jumpers. Have had a diverse experience with western pleasure, gaming, and trail riding. As well as dipped my toes in many other disciplines.
