Process referrals for Head Start students
I do not have previous horse experience, but I am very passionate and will be invested in helping in any way I can. I have the ability to engage with customer, and provider accurate information about onsite horses, and on-site activities. I have really good customer services skills as well as phone skills. I am very good at multi-tasking, and I love to stay organized. I am good at inputting data as well as outputting data. I am proficient in accounting , and I am able to manage customer accounts, and able to collect debts owed on balances,. I am very prompt with correspondence thru the phone, email and with customer interactions. I am also able to handle high activity days and get things done in a time manner. I am very well organized and love to stay busy and I'm pretty good at multi-tasking. I am very much team oriented, and I love working with others that have the same mind set.
I have more than 20 years of experience in Customer Service. I have 2 years in a call center with the VA answering questions about Education, flight, and Vocational Rehab, as well as helping with work-study and Apprenticeship programs. I have also worked for 10 months in the Health Care industry with the VA in the Office of Community Care.
