I am currently studying English Equestrian Studies and Equine Business Management at the University of Findlay

Internship at Spy Coast Farm’s Young Horse Division -- May 15th-June 24th 2022

• Grooming and tacking horses for the main riders, lunging young horses, riding young horses, handling unbroken young horses
• General care for horses like feeding, conditioning, minor wound care, and stall cleaning
• Assigned a project horse coming back into work after stall rest, building up muscle on the flat, reintroducing to work
• Grooming at shows for several riders and horses

Volunteered at RED Arena which serves disabled children and adults through equine therapy – May 2019 May 2019

• Volunteered at the Roundup Fundraiser as a door greeter and stall cleaner

Texas Trail Rides -- Summer 2017

• Taught campers how to ride, be safe, interact, groom, and take care of horses
• Emphasis on not only horse skills but also boosting their confidence and making the experience fun

• Experience working with young and green horses
• Experience working as a competition groom for a top level farm
• Lots of experience mucking stalls and feeding horses

• Multiple eventing competitions up to Training Level
• Multiple dressage competitions up to Training 3
• Competed in 3’3 jumpers
• Competed with the University of Findlay’s IDA team and Eventing team
• Competed two young green horses from zero show experience to novice and starter
• Ridden a variety of different breeds
• Competed in two different states
• Teaching Eventing to my personal horse from zero experience competing in eventing to placing second in a training level show
