I am an upcoming sophomore at the University of Kentucky and am spending my summer learning as much as possible through my employment at the Kentucky Horse Park.

Groom and bathe daily assigned horses after retrieving them from fields. Time management is a big aspect as we put on two shows a day and ride two horses a day. Must maintain cleanliness of barn and arena including stalls.

Rode alongside the University of Findlay eventing program for 5 years, riding both their horses and my own in lessons, schooling trips and shows. Have a decade of experience with horses and have experience managing the family's personal 5 horse barn.

Worked with eventing horses and competed. Work well in a team and take on extra responsibilities without needing to be asked. Effective time management while doing the assigned task well and thoroughly. Efficient with cleaning stalls and balancing horse care with other chores.

I have ridden both green and high end eventing horses. With guidance from my eventing trainer we took my horse that had no experience with jumping to a prospective addition to the eventing program at the University of Findlay. I did 4h in an equine focused club and so have ridden and competed in various English and Western disciplines. Most of my focus has been in dressage and jumping.

I have competed in both schooling and recognized events. When I was in 4h I helped put on local weekend shows.
