Bio
I am looking to grow my equestrian knowledge. I have 8 years of experience doing everything from stalls to schooling horses for a show.Duties of Current Occupation
Worked in multiple barns. I can do the basic barn care and I can also groom & hack.
Equine Work Experience
I have worked in the barns my horse has been at. Over the years I have gotten some good experience. I've groomed at many shows and been responsible for making sure they're to the ring on time. I can lunge and hack horses. I can administer meds syringe & IM, I probably could do IV I just haven’t had much experience with it. I have clipped everything from minis with cushings to OTTBs being clipped for the first time.
Specialities
I've worked with a handful of foals, and just a few stallions. I'm not afraid of the high energy ones. My trainer has quite the group of OTTBs right now.
Type of Ride Work
I've ridden mainly event horses with a little dabble with a few lower level dressage. Last summer I also got to ride some hunter/jumper horses when I groomed for them at a show.
Competition Details
I have groomed & worked at a hunter jumper competition stable as well as I've groomed for my trainer who is an eventer.
