No courses or college but many years working under some high end people in different industries and learning everything possible.

Manging employees, responsible for 27 horses Am+Pm+Night check, responsible for clients taking lessons or leasing horses, interacting with clients and boarders, administering meds orally/shots, vet care, training horses, pulling trailers

20 years of experience and have done alittle bit of everything, ranch horses, barrel racing, roping, natural horsemanship, hunter/jumper, eventing, foxhunting, gaited breeds. Lots of experience working closely with vet for wounds, rays, injections and minor surgeries. Have alot of knowledge/experience with doctoring horses. Many years of riding experience under some great trainers in many different disciplines. Know how to evaluate a situation quickly and act appropriately in a calm manner. Lots of experience colts starting, my personal horse is a mustang that I gentled/trained myself.

Experience working at a farm with 40+ horses and being responsible for 27 myself. I have managed a barn/employees that worked under me. Very comfortable handling all different types of horses/behavioral issues. Experience with troubled/traumatized horses. Colt starting is a passion of mine. Have been responsible for people leasing our horses and keeping horses/riders safe. Stallion experience. Use to working 6 days a week with 50+ hour weeks.

Some jumping experience but mostly flat work. Lots of experience with bringing horses along on the trail and getting them comfortable/safe moving down a trail at speed. Experience with both English and western horses.

Experience working as a groom at home/shows for Grand Prix jumpers. Experience working for/traveling with a WEG US team endurance rider. 5 years experience competing in endurance. 2 years experience foxhunting.
